This equipment is the ideal solution to inactivate your bio-hazardous waste safely on-site. Its integrated sterilizing and shredding system not only reduces the volume and mass of waste,but also ensures waste is fully processed.

2. Features:

◆ This equipment is suitable for laboratories, dialysis centers, clinics and hospitals for disposing the highly infectious waste on site such as sharps,gloves,lab-ware,glass, plastics, rubber tubing, filters etc.

◆ Basically, the entire process is automatic except for manually taking the sterilized waste from sterilizer to the shredder, depending on the capacity the total cycle time can be as fast as 35-50 minutes, with up to 75 Liter of medical waste can be processed for one circle.

◆ After being treated, the medical waste is fragmented, nontoxic and therefore safe to be disposed of as regular municipal waste. 

◆ The high-grade stainless-steel vessel conforms to the Pressure Equipment Directive and the 4 shafts low noise industrial shredder reduces the size and volume of the waste down to 20%.

◆ The steam is produced by an internal steam generator and draining system as standard accessories.
